The Sureguard Scarecrow covers quite a wide area so, depending on your situation, you may only need one device.
If pests can enter via several areas then install Sureguard Scarecrows in each location.
If protecting a swimming pool you should install one or more Sureguard Scarecrow at either end to fully cover your pool.

Just magic. Easy setup and not a possum in sight since. Shall move it to the front garden for a night or two to scare of a marauding cat.

We purchased the scarecrow to keep cockatoos off our new planted garden beds. I would plant out a new area of garden - the cockatoos would notice and pull plants out, bite off flower heads etc. It was heartbreaking. We have installed scarecrow and it works brilliantly.

This product is amazing!! Before purchasing the scarecrow we tried everything; fake snakes, owls chopped chili and sprinkled it on the pavement but nothing stopped the birds until we installed the product - we are so excited, no more ducks and no more droppings!!! Suzanne Bishop3+ years agoIt's working to keep stray cats awayI was at my wit's end with stray cats enjoying my enclosed front yard, they kill wildlife and generally leave their mess behind, including poops, the poor bird remains, and remnants from raiding neighbors bins! Within three days of installing the scarecrow motion activated replacement, the cats have decided to stay away from my property! I hope it remains this way. Install was pretty smooth, but I had a little issue with getting it to function properly, but one phone call to the Sureguard help line, I was given the right advice/instructions to get it working perfectly. Highly recommended

Ashleigh James3+ years agoBRILLIANT solution to deter pestsI bought the Sureguard Scarecrow motion activated spray repellent to deter a Bush Turkey ripping up the pot plants on my balcony. After only a few days I am thrilled by the results. The features have been well thought through and I'm impressed by the design and function. My only critique is the Up/Down Distance adjustment of the sprinkler outlet -- it would be perfect for long, flat distances, but is difficult to angle appropriately for undulating terrain and smaller spaces. This is because the sensor (when staked correctly) is parallel to the ground, but the angle of the sprinkler is elevated significantly (to reach a long distance)... When the sensor is at the correct angle to be able to see the top of a turkey's mound, the sprinkler will aim far above the turkey's head. One is then totally reliant upon the pest being startled, rather than sprayed.
