Your enclosed instruction leaflet is excellent and easy to follow but would suggest diagram as to how and where to install batteries. Appears simple and hope it works. How do you know if you don't see any snakes turn away after it is installed but I will take your words and thanks to Brad for getting back to me so soon. Great customer service.

He discussed options and helped me consider each. Given certain aspects of our property I eventually decided to return the unopened product. I got a fast full refund without any grief. Highest praise for customer satisfaction.

Brad helped discuss the issues but was very accommodating in our return of the unopened product. We had a full refund given very promptly when the product was returned. Excellent service respons. Grahame3+ years agoTHESE DEVICES REALLY WORK! VERY HAPPY!We have a neighbour with ten cats she allows to roam at all times. We had up to four stray cats on our front verandah, peering in our windows, and more in our front garden. Since installing the Sureguard Scarecrow devices, we’ve had no intrusions by pest cats and our own indoor cat is much less stressed. We have also found that Sureguard’s after sales service is excellent. We can heartily recommend these devices! 👍🏼
Charley Vallins3+ years agoFantastics product from a fantastic companyWanting to save a beautiful Prunis blossom tree from my furry enemies I bought the Scarecrow. I initially had a problem with assembly but had no hesitation from the company in relation to replacement of faulty part. Could not fault them. Reassuring that it is an Australian company and so easy to access. Finally got all parts working and waiting now for the action tonight. The water spurt is so strong and reaches well over three meters.

Sandy Law3+ years agoOutstanding serviceI first purchased a dog electric containment fence from Sureguard about 13 years ago. Since then, I’ve had contact with Brad several times for different purchases and most recently some advice about setting up the fence in a new location. In every instance, the service and advice I have received have been outstanding. Response time to emails is speedy and always friendly. You won’t go wrong with this system and this company. In addition, I was impressed to find that new collars work on the old (13 year old) system meaning I didn’t need to shell out for a whole new system.
