Andrew Beazley2 months agoFantastic SupportOur Sureguard fence controller stopped working so I contacted Sureguard with photos & description of the fault. They advised me to send it back to them, which I did. It was fixed & sent back within a day of receiving it, no problem. I couldn’t recommend them more. Their after sales service is excellent.
stan mcdonald2 months agoExcellent serviceAllthough my first ScareCrow unit is working perfectly, the second I bought did not stayed charged and working properly for more that one night.A technical support guy from the company spent quite a while with me on the phone going over the problem and trying to fix it without any success.To my surprise, he then offered to mail a free replacement.It arrived in a few days,charged OK and is now working perfectly so we are looking forward to enjoying our avocados ! Thanks.

Sue2 months agoCustomer serviceI have been very happy with the customer service of Sureguard. I had an initial phone conversation with some questions about the dog e fence that I was looking to buy. The man I spoke with was very helpful and gave me lots of relevant and helpful information. Once I placed the order, the product arrived very quickly and was exactly as described with great instructions. Since purchasing the fence, (which we have been very happy with!) I asked a question on their website regarding making the activation distance greater. I received a phone call from an Sureguard employee within a day and they were again, extremely helpful. Finally, I made contact via the website regarding storage of the solar unit and once again, received a very helpful reply via email the same day. I have found Sureguard's customer service to be excellent!

Julian Ridden2 months agoGreat product backed by AMAZING serviceI purchased the Cat electric fence and had issues after the installation. The Sureguard staff spent time with me over several calls to troubleshoot and fix the issue. The product is of great quality and works well. However, knowing it is backed by knowledgeable, helpful and "go the extra mile" staff has ensured I will continue to recommend and buy more products from them in the future.

John Staines2 months agoSupportThe scarecrow comes with lots of detailed instructions and the after sales service appears to be very good. The heat sensor should cut down on false alarms from wind. I like how it has an audible alarm for birds.

Max Withnell2 months agoYour box information is what encouraged me to buy itPrice seems reasonable if it does what you say, I just lost a dog after only three months and loved him dearly. Your enclosed instruction leaflet is excellent and easy to follow but would suggest diagram as to how and where to install batteries. Appears simple and hope it works. How do you know if you don't see any snakes turn away after it is installed but I will take your words and thanks to Brad for getting back to me so soon. Great customer service.
