Service & Repairs

If you have any concern regarding warranty, spare parts, user information, product performance or any related matter, please contact Customer Service by email or phone.

You are also most welcome to make suggestions or comments about your Sureguard product.

Conditions of Service

Unauthorized service personnel must not undertake alterations or repairs. The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse to service products that have been repaired or altered in any way. If your product is not performing satisfactorily, then you must first contact Customer Service for assistance in troubleshooting the problem. Customer Service will advise you if your product needs to be returned for servicing or repair. Costs associated with service or repair must be paid before goods are returned to you. Goods will be discarded if costs are not paid within 90 days of notification that the goods are ready for shipping.
