This offer is only available for retail purchases made direct from us as the manufacturer and not through a dealer or representative. This offer is not available for export sales. Credit card purchases must be refunded on the original card and you must supply full card details with the returned goods. Your refund will be the full purchase price less the following: 1/ Goods returned in a damaged condition, 2/ Goods not returned, 3/ Goods exhibiting excessive wear or no longer "as new", 4/ Shipping costs, 5/ A handling & restocking fee of $30. Alternatively, on the same basis, you may elect to exchange the goods for an alternate type, with either a credit or debit adjustment being made, to account for any price difference.
